EXCELLENT VALUE by IMAGE NATION on 12/09/2006: This product is excellent for its value. Yes the headphones do not complement the player, but the player delivers good playback and sound quality. The AMV format isn’t that popular, so that might be a minor drawback, but this can be overcome by using any converter software for mpeg and avi formats. All in all i would recommend this product if you dont want to pay 10 times the cost for a popular brand.

Although it supports linux, there seems to be no way to convert video files to amv without using MS windows although most users wont be affected by this.

Consumer by Juan on 04/28/2006: The MP4 is a very good product. Easy to download, easy enough to go through the menus, and more than enough listening/viewing options for the price. Only complaint is that I have had this MP4 for 3 days and on the 2nd day I accidentally had the earbuds yanked from my ears. From then on the they have not worked. It is very hard to find replacement headphones in the U.S. with a 2.5mm jack plug. Does anyone know where I could get a 2.5mm-3.5mm adaptor so I could use the headphones I’m used to?
