I Decided to Sand Down my Black and Green Custom Painted 360, Since the Paint was Smudging Off, and Scratching up! So, I when to Walmart and found some Krylon Fusion Dark Gray/ Graphite, with a Glitter/Pearl Finish. I also bought some Krylon, triple Glaze Clear Coat to Protect it, and give it a Nice Glass like Finish. It took almost a Week though to do all this, because I had to Tape Everything Up, Put Multiple Coats to build up the Dark Grey Paint. Once you put on the Desired ammount of Paint, you need to let it dry and Put the Clear Coat On. Well, the Clear Coat takes about 24 Hours to Completely Dry so that Finger Prints are not a Problem, Well they are WRONG! After 24 Hours, I pick up the Xbox to Put in my Room, and my finger was stuck to it, and Knew I just left a Finger Print! So, Again Sprayed about 4-5 Coats of the Clear on Everything that I wanted Painted, and Waited about 3-4 Days to Dry, and Still it was leaving Finger Prints! So, I am just not Going to even Touch my Xbox for another Week or so, and it’s not like I am changing from Modern Warfare 2 back to Halo! I can Still play it, with no Problems, but I just want to let Everyone know out there, that if you want to Paint your Xbox, Make Sure that You Tape up EVERYTHING, Especially the Disk Drive Slot! When I painted this, the Drive was Open the Whole Time, with Tape all over to cover the Inside. All it takes is 1 spec of Paint or Clear Coat to hit the Lens, and you are Out of luck, unless there is a way to …
